Athletic therapy focuses on the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries using manual techniques in massage, therapeutic modalities, assisted stretching and strength training. My services are completely one on one and you will not be passed off to an assistant. Instead your 60 or 90 minute treatment will be dedicated to the assessment, treatment and/ or prevention of both chronic and acute pain issues.
My massage therapy services are offered in 30,60 or 90 minute treatment options. I offer add-ons to these services including hot stone, myofascial cupping or blading.
Online booking is available for all of my services.
My retail space includes bracing items for most ligament muscle and tendon damage as well as compression socks for acute and chronic swelling.
