SYNERGY is a locally owned and operated wellness centre in the North end of Halifax. We offer one on one physiotherapy, osteopathy and pilates, as well as group exercise classes. At SYNERGY we are committed to providing active, individualized treatment solutions to improve health, wellness and performance. We use a combination of manual therapy and exercise, empowering our clients to achieve their physical goals. We offer both in person and virtual appointments, as well as in studio, livestream classes, and pre-recorded classes.
