As a healthcare professional and entrepreneur, I am always thinking about a client-centred approach (i.e. personalization even in a group or scalable setting) along with “are clients *actually* getting the results they want from this product”. Which, let’s face it, there are a lot of digital products on the market nowadays that just don’t move the needle for our clients or patients.
